Uplands is a wonderful example of Edwardian architecture offering well proportioned rooms, good ceiling height, attractive original features such as a number of oriole windows, picture rails, ceiling roses and leaded stained glass to some internal doors. The house has been sympathetically modernised and well maintained with new double glazed windows to all but the feature oriole windows, a recently replaced gas fired boiler and recent external redecoration.
