As we adjust to the "new normal" we have put in place various policies and safety measures to ensure that we are adhering to the Government's guidelines and minimising the risk of contamination. 

For vendors and applicants alike, the precautions that we have put in place are for the safety of all parties present at any face-to-face meetings. These precautions include:

  • No more than two people can attend a viewing along with the owner/agent and said two persons must be from the same household
  • All parties must travel to the viewing in their own transport
  • You will be informed at the time of booking if the property is occupied or not, if a property is occupied we will ask the vendor to vacate the property but this may only be retiring to a garden depending on their circumstances.
  • You must complete the health assessment form attached to your viewing confirmation email.
  • Social Distancing must be observed at all times.
  • Gloves are to be worn and facemasks/covering are mandatory.
  • The seller/agent will endeavour to ensure all doors are open to minimise the need for touching anything in the property, any doors that need opening must be done so by the agent.
  • We advise gloves and hand sanitiser, although we do have hand sanitiser available should your visit be to the office.
  • We strongly recommend advising us in advance if you require coming to the office as we have put safety measures in place in our office to respect social distancing.
  • Our front door is locked but we are open - please knock on the window if there is not a member of the team in view inside.
