We are fortunate with the layout of our offices to be able to accommodate reopening to the public, for both sales and lettings, whilst still adhering to Government advice on social distancing.


If you feel a conversation cannot be had on the phone and wish to visit the office we have created more space within the Sales office to allow people sit to discuss their requirements or property (max 2 people) whilst still maintaining social distancing.  We would ask, however, that wherever possible you make an appointment with us in advance to allow us to manage visitors and avoid wasted journeys.  If you do come to the office without an appointment and there are already clients in the office you will not be allowed to enter until they have left and we ask that you please wait on the forecourt to allow people to leave the office and keep at least 2m distant from you.


In the lettings office, again if there are already clients in the office, please do not enter until they have left.  You can easily see into the office if there is anyone there and we have placed a table near the office door where paperwork can be left or picked up.


We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but as everyone is adapting to the “new normal” it is for the safety of yourselves and our staff that we are taking these precautions.
